Circuit classes will run from January 2nd- March 29th, 2018. Circuit is a 1 hour class combining strength work, CORE, balance and agility training, cardiovascular conditioning and plyometrics. Be pushed, motivated and supported while getting in the best shape of your life!

$300 for the session.
Classes meet 2x per week and are being offered at the following times:
Tuesday & Thursday
5:45am, 7:00am, 9:00am, 12:00 Noon, 4:00pm, or 5:30pm
- Drop-in fee is $15.
