Classes are offered:

T/TH @ 5:45 am, 7am, 9am, 12noon and 4pm  through Sept.

***NO 5:30pm until October!

Classes are 1 hour in length and will include strength training, CORE, agility drills, balance work, plyometric training and cardiovsacular conditioning. Classes are non-competitive but will push you! We provide safe, fun, challenging workouts that will take your fitness to the next level. WE are the perfect supplemental training for runners, cyclists, skiers, triathletes and outdoor enthusiasts! Questions? (406) 531.1625


$300 for the 3 month sesson- guarantees a spot in the class time of your choice.

$100 per month- guarantees a spot for that month.

$15 drop-in per class fee. 


THE RUT (or other late sumer trail running event) TRAINING CLASS!

June 1st- August 29th

Meets 2x per week

12- week class (no class July 4th or 6th)

Tuesday and Thursday nights @ 5:30 pm. CLASS WILL BE 1 HOUR ON TUESDAYS AND CLOSER TO 90 MIN. ON THURSDAYS!

Tuesdays- Strength training in the gym

Thursdays- Hill interval work outside

COST- $360 for the session (no discounts, makeups for missed classes)

This class will get you motivated, properly prepared and supported for your fall trail running event. Many of you are training for one of The Rut distances or a fall trail running event- and this class will get you there! 12 weeks of focused strength work for mountain running. Hill interval work every week to help you get mentally tough and physically strong.
