Train with guidance! Structured plans with personalized recommendations so you can get the most out of your workouts. Train more effectively and get results! Includes 1/2 hour phone consult, written schedule and email communication.
Training plans are $150 every 8 weeks.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING CLASSES
Momentum offers small group circuit training for groups of 4-5 people. Classes meet 2x per week in 3 month cycles. Mid-September to Mid- December, January to March, April to June, and July to August (shorter session). Please contact Rhea for more information and for current class schedule and openings. Cost is $25 per person/per class and is billed in a 3 month advance payment.
